enhance your life- sleep better tonight!

i needed these tips last night, when i absolutely could NOT fall asleep until 12:30. i was so miffed.

let's see what i can do different:

  1. wear socks (i did that)
  2. promote calm into a phone call
  3. chamomile tea
  4. vitamin D (i didn't do any of these last night and i usually do. that explains it.)
  5. air freshner (gingerbread candles all around the house. check)
that explains that!
