enhance your life/ menu

yum! menu item, menu item!
too bad i'm all out of avocados...but here's what i'll be making when i have them!
(psst- so if you have these ingredients- great lunch choice!)

Avocado Olive Sandwich
  • whole wheat pita bread
  • spicy salsa (with jalapenos!)
  • black olives, preferably Kalamata olives (where LML is from ~:)
  • avocados!! yum yum
  • turkey breast (optional)
  • slices of tomato
Cut 1 whole wheat pita bread in half crosswise. spread 1 tbs. spicy salsa inside each half. peel, pit and slice. 1/2 an avocado.
dividing equally, fill halves with avocado, turkey breast if you want, 4 black olives (sliced) and two tomato slices.
yum.
