- eat foods rich in antioxidants, like strawberries and other fruits
- take a vitamin D supplement- 1000 IU daily.
- don't smoke! just don't do it if you can help it.
- again, lots of water. ONLY water, and tea. don't drink sugar-ridden beverages.
did you know:
that folate protects against allergies? start popping the Vitamin B! 400 mcg a day will do
oh yeah...
and exercise eases migraines- is there anything exercise ISN'T good for?
