you make me want to go to mexico just so i can eat all the all-inclusive avocados i can eat.
here's a yumy recipe from Mexican Made Easy's Marcela Valladolid:
Mash 4 avocados and mix in hald a minced onion,
3 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro and the juice of one lime.
season with salt and pepper...
spice up a bag of tortilla chips with 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary and 1 tsp chile lime powder or chipotle powder.
place chips on a baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray...(i like to use e.v.o.o)
add seasoning and bake about 10 minutes at 350*
serve and eat.
