things to do to stay healthy:

- eat breakfast no matter what!
- take a multivitamin with iron!
- sunscreen...
- brush twice, floss once...
- take a 5-minute time out!
- get seven to 9 hours of sleep. NOW WE'RE talking!
- eat fish twice a week
- sweat for 2.5 hours a week
- have an orgasm
- jump on a scale each month
- always write down when you get your monthly gift
- dentist: twice a year
- dermatologist once a year, esp. if you're an avid sunbather
- pelvic exam!
- check your blood pressure!
