things to do to stay healthy:

  • eat breakfast no matter what!
  • take a multivitamin with iron!
  • sunscreen...
  • brush twice, floss once...
  • take a 5-minute time out!
  • get seven to 9 hours of sleep. NOW WE'RE talking!
  • eat fish twice a week
  • sweat for 2.5 hours a week
  • have an orgasm
  • jump on a scale each month
  • always write down when you get your monthly gift
  • dentist: twice a year
  • dermatologist once a year, esp. if you're an avid sunbather
  • pelvic exam!
  • check your blood pressure!

  2. hi :) that's the one thing that shocked me! it said mammograms should be done every other year! weird, i think.
