Check out Grandbois Chocolatier! Beautiful and delicious (my brother brought me some from his last trip there a few years ago)! And depending on when you go I hear they have a really beautiful fireworks show (early to mid feb?) Also ice skating and going on a tobbagan are always fun wintery activities! Have fun!
